Lutz, Florida

Lutz, FL is a small town located right outside Tampa, FL. It is a short commute to downtown Tampa. The area has many shopping centers, good schools and some very upscale neighborhoods. Some nicer subdivisions are Avila, Wellington, Sanctuary on Livingston and Kell Lake. Real estate prices range from the low $100’s to well over $1 million for homes in Avila.
